Responsibilities

You’ll be the one turning interest into trust and trust into revenue.

Identify and reach out to startups and SMEs that need software, MVPs, or AI solutions
Qualify leads and understand real business problems (not just “we need an app”)
Conduct discovery and sales calls with founders and decision-makers
Position Codeamesh as a strategic partner, not just a service provider
Create and send proposals tailored to client needs
Handle pricing discussions and close deals confidently
Maintain a clean and updated CRM with leads, follow-ups, and deal stages
Share market feedback to refine our offerings and messaging

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone confident, curious, and comfortable owning the sales process.

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (tech, SaaS, or IT services preferred)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Experience selling custom solutions rather than fixed products

  • Ability to understand technical offerings and explain them in simple terms

  • Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment

  • Self-driven mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
