Tratwo, a long-established offline travel agency, partnered with Codeamesh to reinvent itself for the digital age. The company faced stagnation due to outdated, manual processes and lack of online services

The Challenges
Despite decades of experience in the travel industry, Tratwo faced operational roadblocks that hindered growth and scalability:
Manual-first processes: All bookings, invoices, and customer records were handled offline, slowing service and introducing human error.
No digital presence: Customers had to call or visit in person to make travel arrangements, limiting reach and convenience.
Disconnected tools: Billing, inventory, and communication systems were siloed — resulting in duplicated work and poor visibility.
Security concerns: Without role-based access control, sensitive data was vulnerable, and staff access couldn’t be properly managed.
Customer communication gaps: No automated alerts or confirmations meant clients often waited hours or days for updates.
Tratwo needed to modernize — fast — to meet the expectations of today’s travelers and compete in a digital-first market.
Our Approach
🛠 Phase 1: Infrastructure Overhaul & Process Mapping
We audited Tratwo’s existing workflows and tech stack, then migrated them to a scalable, modern infrastructure. From there, we mapped out all key business processes to identify automation opportunities.
🔌 Phase 2: Booking Platform & API Integration
We built a full-stack travel booking system and integrated third-party APIs like Travelport to offer live flight and hotel options. Custom logic ensured seamless search, booking, and payment flows.
🔒 Phase 3: Access Control & User Management
We implemented role-based access to keep data secure and workflows organized. A central admin dashboard enabled easy staff onboarding, permissions, and activity tracking.
🧾 Phase 4: Billing Automation & Customer Notifications
Custom tools were developed to auto-generate invoices, send real-time email/SMS notifications, and log transactions. The platform now keeps both staff and customers in sync — instantly.
