Our Approach

🛠 Phase 1: Infrastructure Overhaul & Process Mapping

We audited Tratwo’s existing workflows and tech stack, then migrated them to a scalable, modern infrastructure. From there, we mapped out all key business processes to identify automation opportunities.

🔌 Phase 2: Booking Platform & API Integration

We built a full-stack travel booking system and integrated third-party APIs like Travelport to offer live flight and hotel options. Custom logic ensured seamless search, booking, and payment flows.

🔒 Phase 3: Access Control & User Management

We implemented role-based access to keep data secure and workflows organized. A central admin dashboard enabled easy staff onboarding, permissions, and activity tracking.

🧾 Phase 4: Billing Automation & Customer Notifications

Custom tools were developed to auto-generate invoices, send real-time email/SMS notifications, and log transactions. The platform now keeps both staff and customers in sync — instantly.
